So, I have not posted in a while, and yes there is a lot of things missed (Kyle) that I cannot catch up on in one blog entry but I don't think in a few months it will make a difference! Things change rapidly and for me the past month has been hazy, can we rewind to November? That would be nice or maybe I should start drinking a lot of beer again?!?!?!?

The good news is now that is January Mel and I have booked our trip to Paris and Kyle you are still invited and Preston is coming so you know it is going to be a good time. I know Preston might have girlfriends for you in Amsterdam but think about it...we might be able to work something out.

Mel just left for California today to visit the family but returns on Saturday just in time for our Sunday trip to Olympia for our new matching tattoos. This will be amazing.

This morning when I walked outside my door for my trip to WORK the sky was painted with pink tinted clouds and Mt. Rainier was hanging in the background like the shadows of my jackets on the chair in my kitchen. You could actually see the sun and it was really nice for a change.

So I was inspired to buy a lotto ticket with my co-worker Kim. You know, sometimes you have to take these signs and roll with it. Just feel it out and don't overthink it!

Melanie made the most amazing vegan chocolate chip cookies before her departure even before she packed. I ate four tonight that she left me at her house.

I might just have to listen to this new record Mel got me tonight before falling asleep, Crystal Stilts. I am super excited.

Blame these three for voting. October and November we were busy watching debates, attending voting parties, and making important decisions. We took this very very seriously!
Friday...which means I will be on vacation for many many days and only 2 more days until the Ring Boyz come home! So super excited for their return.

The snow keeps coming. The sun is out today but rumor has it more is on its way.

I think today will be a 5 star day for all of us.

This is true.

This is Tacoma.

Last night precious and sweet Carol hosted the best Holiday dinner party EVA! There was wine of all kinds, vegan friendly dishes, cherry pie, and lovely people. We love her for all of this. She also had the cutest mini Christmas Tree I have ever seen.

To top it off there was SNOW and yes we walked through Tacoma in the snow with friends to Peoples Park and the bush animals at Tacoma General. Wright Park was lit up with a pink sky and the Hob Nob sign said "Santa is Coming". For a minute I really thought that might happen.

We miss the Ring Boyz and they will freeze when they return to Tacoma but we will be waiting with open hearts and their friends will keep them warm.

Monday nights in Tacoma are similar to Friday nights in most cities. Tacoma is becoming strange. There is a blend of ice, snow, extremely cold weather, and BFF's missing. Mel and I joined her brother Al (visiting from CA) and a friend for some bowling at pins in Proctor. It was cute to see the brother sister competition between Mel and Al. My major concern Monday night was the extreme cold made it hard to complete a cigarette which is a real set back on my smoking goal for the winter.

Monday night Bowling and $2.75 pints at Magoos.

I really am personally excited (American way not the French way. Ask me I will explain) for the week to end so I can begin my 2 week relief from WORK!

If possible I would suggest going to a warmer climate I don't know, maybe Hawaii or India would be nice.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for tonight and Wednesday across Washington as forecasters expect more snow to fall across the frozen state.
There’s another chance of snow Sunday as the cold continues.

The coldest temperatures have been in Eastern Washington where it was 3 below zero this morning at the Spokane airport, 3 below at Yakima and 1 below at the Tri-Cities.

Western Washington is typically warmer, and Sea-Tac Airport reports a predawn 22 degrees.

For a second day many schools delayed opening because of the cold and slick streets.

The main mountain passes have compact snow and ice.

The Transportation Department reports no restrictions on Snoqualmie Pass; traction tires advised on Stevens.

Thursday the girls stayed in and worked on girl things such as tanning, masking, hair dying, cleaning and reading Cosmo. I will publish our quiz results later, stay tuned.

Friday we were pre-funkin at PG having some PomDrops when we noticed that Mr. and Mrs. Claus were dining by the window. We went undercover trying to capture an image so look closely. This really got us into the holiday spirit which drew us to Winterfest today on the Thea Foss Waterway.

The weather is cold cold cold and there was tiny snowflakes falling for about 10 seconds.
